"You're not leaving them, you're leading them"
Words of wisdom from my co-worker. Lately I have been having a tough time getting in my long runs. Basically because I am training solo for this race (hen I cannot convince my few buddies who like to run distance. I had a really tough 9 miler two weeks ago- a lot of self doubt and negative talk. I worry about leaving my family for a couple of hours when I am already gone 40+ hours a week with work. Then I have to realize that running is something that FEEDS me. That I need and love to do, and help me a wife and mom. I just need to strat -e - gizeroutes and time a little better. This week that is what I am going to work on.
